On July 14, 2021 we received some very disappointing news. A St Louis County Judge ruled against the city and for the property owner at Graeser and Olive in their suit against Creve Coeur.
What does this mean? Unless we persuade City Council to appeal the Judge’s decision, the Court will mandate that City Council approve the Quick Trip by August 13, 2021.
If you do not want the substantial safety risk and traffic hazard to our families and school children, we need to take action quickly.
There are simple steps to make our voices heard.
1. Let us know you are OK with a yard sign saying no to QT. This will let Council know that we still care about this.
2. Help us with an e-mail campaign to City Council. We will provide more details.
3. Let us know that you want to hear more of how we can persuade, Council, the Court, and even Quick Trip Corporate that Olive and Graeser is the wrong location.
