On Monday, August 10, 2020, the Creve Coeur City Council voted unanimously 7 NAY votes to 0 AYE votes to reject the Conditional Use Permit for QuikTrip @ Graeser & Olive.
As a group we now need to facilitate an appropriate commercial development at this property. One that would bring value to the site and our city and community. We ARE in favor of development at this site with the right use. Those of you who are connected in commercial realty or know appropriate business owners, please talk to your peers about what could be viable here.
Let’s work on figuring out an excellent solution and project for this property so that we don’t need to worry about another inappropriate option.
